Nothing Left to Lose

I've been searching for off campus apartments to live in for next fall, and I'm pretty close to getting one I think. I was looking on craigslist, and found one that a girl posted, needing someone to take over her room in a 4 br apt. The rent is $300 a month, it's near the Hockey Arena and Football Stadium on campus, which is down near where I used to park my car in Q lot, so it's not too far of a walk to the academic buildings. Actually it's quite close to the ed building where all my major classes are. I just emailed her again asking about utilities and internet and all that. But, hopefully it will all work out for me! I just cannot go back to living in the dorms, it's just too depressing! She's apparently already talked to some people about it, but nobody has definitely taken it yet. So lets hope I get it! There's a parking spot in an underground lot for $45 as well, so if I still have the car, that would be awesome! Apparently it's the only place to park.
