Come September

Well, I'm officially going to be moving into an apartment off campus in August. I got the room that was advertised on craigslist. I'm super happy about it. I'll be living with 3 other girls, two and 20 and one is 21. So we're all around the same age, which is awesome. Apparently the two girls that lived there this year are partiers, but I don't really care about that. I'm kinda used to it by now. So yeah, that all worked out well. I'm so glad. I just have to cancel my room on campus now and pray that I get my deposit back...I have a bad feeling it's non refundable though.

Other than that, things are going ok. I am actually looking forward to coming back to the US. I love Australia, but the US is home to me now, and I'm a bit homesick, and I'm running out of money rapidly, and I'm starting to get annoyed with some of the people that I hang out with here, my neighbor Carrie in particular. She's 18, and just so freakin annoying. She just come into our unit, yelling and screaming, uses our stuff without asking, she brought her boy toy over the other night at like midnight to watch a movie, without asking again, I went out to the kitchen at like 1 am to get some water and they were there, and she was like what are you doing? I said I live here, what are you doing? I don't know if I'm the only one who cares, but she just really really bothers me. She just seems to immature. She's the one who locked me out of my room on April Fools Day, which she thought was funny, but I was quite mad about it as I was still in my PJs and had to hunt down the CA in my PJs to be let back in. And then she got mad at me and said I didn't have a sense of humor. I told her to grow up. Lol. Everyone here just seems so much younger than me, and the immaturity just gets on my nerves a lot. I'm finding myself a bit bitchier with people just because I've had enough of it, and I'm having a really tough time being nice to them now. But I've never backed down to someone when they're annoying me, I'll tell them straight up, and I do. I don't think they expect that from me. So yeah, I'm looking forward to coming home and the normalcy and people acting mature.
